So this family from the far side of Pennsylvania and I arranged to have our first meeting halfway in New York City at a restaurant right across the street from ground zero.   They had a son going to school nearby and could work in doing two things with the same trip.  It was the Christmas shopping season and the city was filled with Europeans over doing their Christmas shopping.
So we had our two hour meeting and the rest of the meetings were over the phone with quicktime  movies and pdf files.  I've become quite adept at assisting people from afar with their lakefront homes in New Hampshire.

The design has an undulating facade with a bit of a saltbox flair and a tucked in screened porch at the corner.  Upstairs has an oversized hallway allowing for an office and possible pull out bed.  A first floor master and a kitchen with a real pantry and a real laundry room add to the open kitchen/dining/living.  The front gains a small courtyard feel with a protruding garage and entry.
