A contractor, who also does commercial store fitups for major national retailers, was onto another home to fix up and live in.  The original one story ranch was worn but had a great living room with a barrel vaulted ceiling.  Close to the ocean, we were able to gain a sitting room over the garage which sports an ocean view.  This cute room 2/3 of the way between the First Floor and the new Second Floor has a small balcony to boot.

The Second Floor is fully taken up with the Master Suite and the exterior gains a couple of New England diamond windows.
