Project 1 Overview:

This Older Home was added to towards an existing wonderful tree. The owners were staying in a home with a generous porch during the construction and called with a request to add a porch to the project whilst construction was progressing. With the tree blocking the normal place to add on, the porch was floated out beyond the tree with a screened bridge connecting. This has the great benefits of keeping light and air for both the house and screened porch along with the whimsy of wrapping around the tree.
